"Twas The Day's After Christmas"
Twas the day's after Christmas and all through the house nothing was stirring not a cat, not a mouse.
Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday, and headed for the gym this morning. From my point of view it's really just human to overindulge with food and drink once in a while. The greatest sin has to be however, to be comfortable with that, and engage in a sedentary lifestyle. So enjoy the last week of the year. Drink a little, eat a lot, but don't wait until the New Year to work out. If the gym doesn't excite you right now, get out and take a walk, or a bike ride. If it's warm where you live. Take a hike or go for a swim. If it's cold where you live check out Wii sports, you can pick one up around a hundred bucks. Do something active to burn off those extra calories.The boxing program is my favorite! I guarantee you'll burn some calories. BTW the grey whales are back in southern California. So if you haven't seen them yet don't miss it. I'm taking the rest of the week off and enjoying my friends and the great winter weather we're having.
