FAT-LOSS BREAKTHROUGH !
The latest US Government statistics are telling us that an alarming 96% of all weight loss efforts end in failure. Considering the amazing variety of diets and exercise styles and programs available, how is this possible?
The problem is that we've been looking for solutions in all the wrong places. Some research I've read has revealed that, even with the best diet and exercise programs, it's your own level of involvement and motivation that really makes or breaks your success. In fact, our motivations, weather clearly on the surface or repressed, are the real reasons we do virtually everything we do in life.
Here in lies the problem, psychologist's tell us that often our strongest motivations come from deeply-held sometime irrational beliefs that were manifested at a young age, when our cognitive world was very limited. So was our ability do alleviate some painful, stressful or embarrassing situations in a more healthy and positive manner.We struggle in our adult lives with attitudes we really have no loyalty to. We don't even know why we have them. The ONLY lasting way to succeed is to honestly uncover them.
Possibly with professional help, your trainer if qualified or maybe a therapist (not your local bartender). You should identify and correct the hidden self-destructive beliefs and attitudes that are invisibly but powerfully sabotaging your conscious desires to lose weight or just be an honest helpful, healthy person. Once this is done, it will become just as effortless to get to your healthiest weight and stay there, as it once was to
